Shipping and Returns
Current delivery rates are as follows:
STANDARD DELIVERY
The majority of items are 3-7 working day delivery however please allow upto 14 working days for your order to arrive as we use a variety of suppliers.

Please Note that some Personalised orders may take longer to arrive. Please ensure you READ THE DESCRIPTION of these items for a more accurate delivery timescale. Please allow upto 4 weeks from the date your have ordered before contacting to report a delay.
PRE ORDER - Please note if your order contains a mix of normal website items and preorder items, your whole order my be sent out together, therfore taking the timescale stated on the preorder item. If you do not want to wait for the normal website items, please place two separate orders and we can dispatch these items in the meantime of waiting for your preorder items.

RETURNS
HASSLE FREE RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then that is no problem. All we ask is that you please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

Once your return has been confirmed with us please ensure return the item within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
Please note the delivery charge and return cost is at your own cost and is non refundable and all products must be returned in its original unused condition so please take extra care when trying items on. Any makeup stains/marks will unfortunately not be refunded.
We may refuse to provide a refund where products are not returned in its unused state. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
Some items are non-returnable i.e. for hygiene reasons.
Pierced jewellery is also non-returnable.
Please note, if you contact us to return an item outside of the 5 days, we will be unable to accept the return of your item.
Once your return is accepted and you return your item/s, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Foxglove Boutique . Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
Keep your proof of postage safe until the return is processed.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we are in receipt of the item(s) we will inspect and process the refund within 2 working days of receiving the returned product. We will issue the refund as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. We will refund the money to the payment method originally used to pay for the item.
All goods will be inspected upon return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.
Products returned by you because of a fault will be examined and if found to be defective will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the proof of postage.
